About the role

  • - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • - 8 years of experience in program management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and cultivate external relationships with key partners, owning software delivery and quality (e.g., OEMs, co-development partners).
  • Enact a testing strategy across our software development process that maintains the highest quality bar while balancing resourcing costs.
  • Manage a team of Technical Program Managers leading our release, testing, and fleet operations areas, cultivating this team to maximize their impact on the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • Experience testing software on custom hardware.
  • Experience with OS and applications software release management.

Nice to have

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or team projects.
  • Experience scaling a custom hardware and software integrated product.
  • Experience with quality assurance (QA) and automated testing.
  • Leveraging your expertise in both OS and applications software, you will oversee timely, consistent releases across multiple software stacks and form factors.
  • You will be responsible for the validation and testing of our software experience, maintaining our rigorous quality bar while effectively balancing resourcing costs.

Compensation

  • US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
