About the role
- - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- - 8 years of experience in program management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and cultivate external relationships with key partners, owning software delivery and quality (e.g., OEMs, co-development partners).
- Enact a testing strategy across our software development process that maintains the highest quality bar while balancing resourcing costs.
- Manage a team of Technical Program Managers leading our release, testing, and fleet operations areas, cultivating this team to maximize their impact on the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Experience testing software on custom hardware.
- Experience with OS and applications software release management.
Nice to have
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or team projects.
- Experience scaling a custom hardware and software integrated product.
- Experience with quality assurance (QA) and automated testing.
- Leveraging your expertise in both OS and applications software, you will oversee timely, consistent releases across multiple software stacks and form factors.
- You will be responsible for the validation and testing of our software experience, maintaining our rigorous quality bar while effectively balancing resourcing costs.

Compensation
- US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
