Experience with adhering to structured processes and making justified decisions
Once you've built proficiency in that role, you'll expand your skillset through experiences such as:

A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
Willingness to train on material handling equipment (experience is a plus but not required)

As a Distribution Operations Specialist, you'll have responsibilities across multiple areas of our world-class facility, performing essential work to ensure our customers receive the parts they need accurately and on time.
