You'll work on a cross-functional product team, owning systems and features that directly impact how thousands of creators build their businesses.
The Impact you will make Design, build, and maintain scalable systems and APIs in Ruby on Rails and React.
Collaborate closely with Product, and Design; not just during implementation, but during planning and discovery.
Lead system design conversations and contribute to architecture decisions that affect your team's long-term direction.
You think about what you're building, not just how.
You communicate clearly; in code reviews, design discussions, and conversations with non-engineers alike.

Attributes for Success You have strong, hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and Postgres.
You know how to get the most out of them and you review AI-generated output with the same rigor you'd apply to any other code.
You know when to move fast and when to slow down.
You can get yourself unstuck most of the time and recognize when it's time to ask for help.
