Acts as a technical leader at group, department, and cross-functional levels, responsible for managing Technology, Solution, and System architectures and ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards.

Develops and drives discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and key business objectives, including enterprise solution and system architecture.
Provides architectural leadership and design guidance for enterprise service management, ServiceNow, and enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business needs.
Ensures quality and effectiveness of major initiatives through sound architectural design, early risk assessment, and implementation of mitigation strategies.
Partners with business, HR, OEC, IT, and BTS stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
Shapes and manages relationships with vendors and partners in alignment with corporate values and enterprise standards.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate solution options and design architectures that balance business needs and long-term sustainability.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
As a discipline expert and technical leader, drives functional performance by designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions that enable and accelerate delivery of new or improved products and services.
