Day-to-Day PMS Operations & Support
Own and coordinate day-to-day support for live Denticon practices.
Manage PMS-related ticket intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
Act as the primary point of coordination between practices, IT, application support teams, and vendors.
Support the evolution of a structured Denticon application support model.
Support Denticon conversion projects with a primary focus on data mapping, data validation, and data integrity.
Validate final converted data and system readiness in partnership with vendors, data teams, and practices.
Legacy Practice Management System Support
Coordinate and oversee support for legacy practice management systems while they remain in use.
Own PMS-related data, including Denticon data flowing into the data warehouse.
