About the role

We provide a comprehensive array of services that meet the needs of patients and families across the healthcare continuum.
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to impact patient's lives daily and grow your career in a culture of collaboration, compassion, and commitment.
Examples include hospice aide, OT, PT, SW, ST, Dietician or Clinical Supervisor. - Uses and prepares equipment and supplies effectively, adhering to aseptic technique. - Provides appropriate pain/symptom management.

Implements current nursing practice following a comprehensive assessment and the plan of care.

Current state license as an LVN/LPN
One (1) year of experience working as an LVN/LPN
Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
