About the role
- This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the team and culture at one of the most exciting startups in AI.
- Craft thoughtful, high-conversion outreach messages that reflect Cartesia's voice and mission
- Guide candidates through a smooth, responsive, and respectful interview process
Responsibilities
- Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across research
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and sourcing strategies
- Build and nurture diverse pipelines through creative sourcing and outbound outreach
- Help build and evolve recruiting operations, tools, and best practices
- Support employer branding, events, and other strategic hiring initiatives
- Our team combines deep expertise in model innovation and systems engineering paired with a design-minded product engineering team to build and ship cutting edge models and experiences.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills and an ability to approach a search in a creative manner
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g. Ashby), and sourcing platforms
Nice to have
- experience recruiting for AI/ML roles or research talent
