About the role

  • Translate complex concepts and transformation initiatives into concise, decision-oriented materials.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, refinement, and communication of the Claims Transformation strategy with clear linkage to execution priorities and expected outcomes.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, strategic narratives, and leadership communications that enable strategy execution, decision-making, and organizational alignment.
  • Conduct strategic analyses and develop business cases and outcome measures to support leadership decisions.
  • Partner across Claims, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and Product teams to drive alignment and strategic clarity across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Facilitate discussions and working sessions that support decision-making, organizational alignment, adoption, and readiness for change.
  • Influence stakeholders, including senior leaders, and build consensus across a broad group of leaders and partners.

Requirements

  • This role also drives alignment across senior stakeholders, supports the definition of measurable outcomes, and connects strategic narratives to the decisions required to advance transformation priorities.
  • When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating.
  • Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or related fields.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, structured thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree.

Compensation

  • Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
  • This policy applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, salary administration, promotion, job assignment, benefits, discipline, and separation of employment.
