Responsibilities
- Logs and supports all inbound calls as it relates to loans, deposits, online banking, cards, ACH, etc.

- Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- six months to one year customer service, call center, sales or banking experience.
- Physical Demands

- sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
- climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
