  • For the Consulting Associate, Sustainable Operations position, the anticipated annual base pay is $64,584-$79,751 (CAD/USD).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental compliance assessments and support corrective action implementation to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Perform air quality analyses, emission inventories, emissions calculations, and evaluations of air pollution control technologies.
  • Support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and other due diligence activities associated with property transactions.
  • Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously while meeting quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and senior consultants to successfully deliver client projects and develop your consulting expertise.
  • Whether you're building on internship experience or your first few years in the field, this role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise, gain hands-on project experience, and accelerate your growth in environmental consulting.
  • As a Consulting Associate on our Sustainable Operations team, you'll help clients manage environmental compliance, improve operational performance, and reduce environmental risk.
  • Your work will contribute to projects that support responsible business practices while helping clients meet federal, state, and local environmental requirements.
  • Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives for industrial, commercial, and global clients.
  • Contribute to air quality, site investigation, remediation, and due diligence projects that drive informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a related discipline.

Compensation

  • For the Consulting Associate, Sustainable Operations position, the anticipated annual base pay is $64,584-$79,751 (CAD/USD).
  • Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs.
  • In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
  • This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
