  • Position Overview The Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing, reporting to the Dean, teaches courses for the School of Nursing.
  • They will teach courses and advise students for two semesters.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and post regular office hours.

Requirements

  • Perform other duties as required and as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Endicott College Faculty Association (ECFA) and Endicott College.
  • Must have or be eligible for RN licensure in Massachusetts
  • Hold at least one graduate degree in nursing in the area of specialization required for the faculty appointment, and/or 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience
  • A Master's degree in Nursing is required; a Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred

Nice to have

  • a Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred
  • A Master's degree in Nursing is required
  • Prior teaching experience in a Baccalaureate nursing program is preferred

Compensation

  • In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the compensation for this faculty position is established through the College's contractual salary structure.
  • This position carries a fixed annual salary of $92,893.02 for a 9 month appointment.
