About the role
- Receptionist Dwight Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full-time Front-Desk Receptionis t to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit.
- Salary: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Shifts are either 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Rotating Saturday mornings.
Requirements
- 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM availability required.
- Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM availability required.
- Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor
