About the role
- We are looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate operations team.
- In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact across a portfolio of active transactions, supporting agents and coordinating all parties - from executed contract through closing.
- This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Transaction Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage time-sensitive transaction tasks from executed contract to close, maintaining a consistent focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience at every stage.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized transaction files and records throughout the lifecycle of each deal.
- Deliver consistent, professional communication and service to all parties involved in a transaction.
- Ensure contract documents and amendments meet regional and transaction-specific compliance requirements.
Requirements

- At least 2+ years of experience in a real estate transaction coordination role or other relevant operations experience.
- Proficiency with real estate software and MLS systems.
- Coordinate closings with title companies and lenders, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurate, and that closings are recorded in a timely manner.
- Draft MLS listings and verify that all required documentation is received and accurate prior to listing.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience maintaining accurate and complete transaction records.
