About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain vendor records, W-9 forms, payment terms, and banking information.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

- Starting Wage: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, On-site
- Hourly - Hourly Plan, 23.00 USD Hourly

Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED required
- associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Compensation
- Assist with annual 1099 review, reconciliation, and filing.
- Paid-time-off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid Holidays.
