Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with each client, through both the onboarding and post onboarding phases, providing corporate compliance insights.
- Identify additional revenue opportunities through customer support.
- Someone who values building relationships, particularly with government, and jurisdictional bodies.
- As a venture-backed company, we develop compliance technology that monitors entity status, standing, and filing requirements across all US jurisdictions.
- In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Corporate Specialist and collaborate closely with the operations team.
Requirements
- Someone who is passionate about joining a growing technology company that requires backend operational expertise.
Compensation
- Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year

- Bonus if have paralegal experience with a general knowledge of corporate administration or a keen interest in learning.
