Design and Development:
Lead the design and development of high-reliability electronics for space-based data processing centers.
Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using advanced ECAD tools.
Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal analysis to ensure robust, space-ready designs.
Manage the lifecycle of electrical components from initial concept through manufacturing, testing, and deployment.
Develop and refine design criteria, collaborate on system-level requirements, and drive system trades.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate electrical designs under various environmental conditions, including vibration, thermal cycling, and radiation.
Utilize DOE (Design of Experiments) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) methodologies to analyze test data and inform design improvements.
Conduct rigorous environmental and performance testing to validate analyses and ensure compliance with design criteria.
Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to establish efficient production processes for space-qualified hardware.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with ECAD software (e.g., Mentor Graphics, Altium Designer).
Experience with PCB design, layout, and troubleshooting.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in electrical design, analysis, testing, and/or manufacturing.
Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management principles

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Expertise in high-speed digital, RF, and power electronics.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++) for automation and data analysis.
Experience with PCB design for space applications and radiation-hardened electronics.
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
