About the role
- We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to grow and innovate with us in our Portsmouth, NH office (Hybrid/2-3 days a month in office)
- Visa Sponsorships or Transfers of Visa's WILL NOT be provided for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing disciplines with an interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand and communication iniatives
- Collaborate with marketing leadership, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to keep projects organized, on track, and aligned with business priorities
- Help maintain editorial calendars, project timelines, content plans, and provide status updates to ensure deliverables are clearly tracked
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or partners as needed to support project initiatives
- Manage the company swag shop and promotional item inventory, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and communications team
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a global context.
Requirements
- Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time/Permanent basis for any employer without restriction.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and MS PowerPoint
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social marketing, email, paid media, etc.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with various types of software for digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or relevant field is preferred
- Knowledge of the payments industry and regulatory environments is a plus, but not required.
Nice to have
- Professional experience with Hootsuite or Canva is a PLUS
Skills
- Coordinate surveys, questionnaires, and feedback tools to help measure program effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
