About the role
- Driving underwriting, development, and deal execution across markets.
- You will work directly with CEO Riley Meik to translate company strategy into a scalable development pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the development pipeline supports factory production capacity
- Develop standardized underwriting frameworks for rapid evaluation of opportunities
- Build institutional-quality financial models for residential ground up development and BTR
- Support Head of Real Estate in advancing land acquisition opportunities and vetting inbound requests
- Lead underwriting, LOIs, due diligence, and closing processes
- Coordinate with brokers, landowners, lenders, and external partners
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in real estate development, investment, or acquisitions
- Experience underwriting and executing complex development deals
- Strong understanding of land acquisition, entitlements, and development pipelines
- Ability to operate autonomously in high-ownership environments
- Comfort making decisions under uncertainty and moving quickly
- Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
- Ability to translate strategy into executable operational plans
