About the role
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional overtime on Fridays as business needs require.
- Analyzes the drawings from Engineering and verifies the correct height dimensions and weight for shipment.
- Operates a crane and forklift when loading units onto trucks.
Responsibilities
- Communicates with Supervisors, Team Leads, Quality, and Engineering
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition. Consistently operate in keeping with all safety rules and requirements.
- Participate in a variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specified level of knowledge of new developments, requirements, and policies.

Requirements
- Must have some rigging, crating, and wrapping experience
- Must have experience loading large equipment/machinery onto trucks
- Experience operating a Forklift
- Experience operating a Crane
- Strong measuring skills and ability to determine correct height dimensions
- Experience with basic hand tools, drills, measuring tape, and nail gun
- Experience with table saws
Nice to have
- Material Handling experience a plus
