About the role
- Grace Health is seeking a skilled and dynamic Manager of Clinical Services to oversee our specialties clinical teams - (Chiropractor, Optometry, Podiatry, Physical Therapy).
- This leadership role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and supporting the success of our clinical programs.
- Oversees department operations ensuring that high quality patient-centered healthcare is provided with excellence in quality, service, and access.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with staff to establish clear expectations, monitoring performance, and tracking progress toward departmental goals.
- Maintains and evaluates data related to departmental performance, including staff and operational efficiencies, customer service, productivity, staffing, and costs.
- Identifies and implements opportunities for performance and financial improvement.
Nice to have
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- One year of management experience, including supervision, preferred.
