About the role
- This role will report to the Head of Product Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and engineers to frame key questions, define metrics, and develop hypotheses that guide product strategy.
- Design and run experiments to test new features and optimizations, providing clear, actionable insights that inform prioritization and iteration.
- Build dashboards and self-serve reporting tools that empower product teams to monitor performance and make timely, data-informed decisions.
- Identify and implement Generative AI solutions to automate internal data workflows, such as code generation, documentation, and routine reporting, to increase the team's operational velocity.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in the Product Analytics space.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL & Python.
- Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the tools in our stack ( BigQuery, dbt, Looker/Tableau) is preferred.
Compensation
- The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters.
- The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
- $180,000 - $200,000
