About the role

Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and engineers to frame key questions, define metrics, and develop hypotheses that guide product strategy.
Design and run experiments to test new features and optimizations, providing clear, actionable insights that inform prioritization and iteration.
Build dashboards and self-serve reporting tools that empower product teams to monitor performance and make timely, data-informed decisions.
Identify and implement Generative AI solutions to automate internal data workflows, such as code generation, documentation, and routine reporting, to increase the team's operational velocity.

8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in the Product Analytics space.
Advanced proficiency in SQL & Python.
Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection.

Familiarity with the tools in our stack ( BigQuery, dbt, Looker/Tableau) is preferred.

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters.
The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
$180,000 - $200,000
