About the role
- The role focuses on technology enablement, including roadmap development, system optimization, vendor engagement, digital transformation initiatives, and delivery of high-quality IT services supporting legal processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of a multi-year technology roadmap for Legal & Compliance systems in partnership with Legal Operations
- Drive standardization and simplification of the Legal application landscape
- Manage the GLC SharePoint site as it relates to knowledge management and dissemination
- Provide governance over day-to-day support operations, including internal teams and managed service providers
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and service performance to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Nice to have
- Supporting global legal functions and understanding core legal tasks and processes such as matter and litigation management, contract lifecycle management, compliance reporting, etc.
- Application ownership and lifecycle management

- Vendor and service management
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Experience with Legal technology platforms (e.g., Onit, BillingPoint, Legal Tracker, SAI, iCertis, DocuSign CLM, NAVEX, Diligent, or similar)
