- The Property Accountant candidate with an accounting, customer-service, and reporting skill set.
- To be successful in this role, candidates will be extremely organized, have a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and a track record of performance.
- Responsible for preparing and assisting with review of monthly financial statements for various.
- Specific responsibilities include monthly general ledger close, analysis, bank reconciliation review, journal entry, research and invoice/payable.
