About the role
- We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate backend services that support our core product
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product, and founders
- HappyRobot is the infrastructure for enterprises to build and orchestrate AI workforces.
- We started in logistics, built our own voice stack, models, and orchestration layer from the ground up, and are now bringing that infrastructure to every enterprise that runs the real economy.
- This person will own meaningful parts of the product and infrastructure end-to-end.
- We're looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity, care deeply about craft, and want real ownership over what they create.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience with Go or a strong willingness to work in Go in production
- Experience operating and maintaining production services
