Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner and communications counselor to North America Enterprise Security sales leaders with a focus on building relationships and gathering insights that can be used in messaging and media pitching
- Partner with product and marketing teams to align communications activities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic external communication plans and programs that tell the company's story to reporters, investors and other key audiences
- Create well-crafted, concise and highly engaging communications including pitches, press releases, blog posts, and other materials needed to tell our enterprise security stories
- Build and maintain key media relationships and regularly pitch national, local and trade media with enterprise security stories
- Manage communications activities at and around priority North America tradeshows
- Read enterprise security and technology news; support monitoring, measurement and crisis communications
- Detailed project manager who leads complex workstreams with cross-functional contributors, meets tight deadlines and easily adjusts as circumstances change

Requirements
- 7+ years of communications experience with a corporation or public relations agency or in journalism
- Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of communications experience with a corporation or public relations agency or in journalism
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position. (GC/CITIZEN ONLY)

Compensation
- $105,000 - $115,000 USD
- Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
