About the role
- Diagnose changes in performance metrics and present root-cause findings
- Analyze customer acquisition channel performance and economics
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform our strategy
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns end to end - from targeting and creative through to post-campaign analysis
- Build and maintain monitoring and reporting infrastructure across key areas of the business
- Develop and prove out business hypotheses with data

Requirements
- Experience coding in SQL and Python
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
Skills
- Recent graduate with a strong academic record
- Curiosity and an investigative mindset
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with data
