About the role
- As an Engineering Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a complex engineering environment, working on projects that support the design, development, testing, manufacturing, and continuous improvement of our industry-leading vehicles.
- Depending on your placement, you may join Engineering teams in Production, Electrical, Business Systems, New Product Development, or Manufacturing, where you'll be supported by experienced engineers who will provide guidance, feedback, and opportunities to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges.
- Assist with testing, analysis, design, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to support engineering decisions.
- Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and design reviews.
- Learn about the full product lifecycle-from concept and design to manufacturing and production.
- Demonstrated organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
