- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
- Prepare menu items including sandwiches, salads, soups, and daily specials according to Miss J's Café standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (grills, ovens, blenders, toasters, etc.).
- Handle cash and payments accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist with stocking, inventory, and receiving deliveries.
