About the role

- Serve as the senior authority for quality escalations, compliance risks, and regulatory interpretations.
- Represent Quality & Regulatory in cross‑functional discussions.
Responsibilities
- While you will manage and mentor the Quality Manager, you will also be executing work directly alongside them - reviewing documentation, resolving issues, conducting audits, approving specs, and driving regulatory submissions.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Quality Manager while actively participating in daily quality and regulatory tasks together.
- Build scalable systems and processes that support rapid growth and global expansion.
- Review and partner with internal and external counterparts on regulatory reviews to ensure compliance at all times
- Manage all 3rd party inspections and review inspection findings.
- Maintain and update all quality documentation, including spec documents and component records.
- Support incoming component and finished‑goods approvals and rejections.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in Quality and Regulatory within beauty, cosmetics, or CPG
- Deep knowledge of MoCRA, EU/UK cosmetic regulations, and global compliance frameworks
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Must be open to international travel to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and regulatory partners as needed
