The Speakers department at UTA represents top-tier talent across politics, fashion, music, literature, and more.

Provide high-level administrative support to an Agent, including managing phone calls, calendar scheduling, and coordinating travel.
Maintain event tracking spreadsheets, manage internal databases, and draft important client communications.
Handle expenses and maintain accurate records using company systems and software.
Collaborate with team members across UTA, ensuring seamless communication and providing excellent service to both clients and colleagues.

Relevant Experience: Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, preferably within entertainment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
