About the role
- Quality Enterprises is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Works directly with the CIO to support all aspects of her daily routine.
- Maintains the CIO's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings and travel arrangements, exercising discretion when committing the CIO's time.
- Performs routine office tasks including maintaining CIO's digital and paper filing systems and ordering office supplies.
- Performs other administrative and personal duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- The dynamic nature of this role requires exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the CIO's needs.

- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least five years of related experience required.
