About the role
- We are seeking a few talented HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician's to join our team.
- This full-time position involves maintaining residential, commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
- Maintain accurate records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
- EPA 608 certification (required).
Nice to have
- NATE certification or equivalent.
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms.
- Pay up to $30/hour depending on experience.
