About the role

  • will include providing training for staff.
  • Essential Functions: - Communicate and assist with the office manager on clinical staff schedules and routing of patient flow.
  • Along with communication of clinical work habits with the office manager and assisting with correction on behavior or educational errors.

Responsibilities

  • In addition will maintain all quality control checks on daily CLIA waved laboratory equiptment.
  • Completing and maintaning quality control on CLIA waved laboratory equiptment. Checking refridgerator logs for appropriate tempature. Maintain in office medication with patient logs and appropriatly discard any outdated medications or equiptment.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures and standards of conduct.
  • Comply with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Nice to have

  • Electrocardiogram (EKG), vital signs, venipuncture, capillary, and injection experience (preferred)

Skills

  • Assist in scheduling training for all clinical staff including CPR re-certs, EMR upgrades, and any upcoming technologies.
