  • This full-time position will be based onsite at our NEW Bronx school.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to site leaders across NY, NH, and WA, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Identify, lead, and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to streamline HR workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for managers and staff on topics such as performance management, soft skills, coaching, and policy adherence.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years specifically as an HR Business Partner supporting leadership and driving strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be able to keep students safe from themselves and others and, in some cases, may need to implement CPI (therapeutic holds) procedures.
  • Must be able to remove oneself from potentially harmful situations and, in some cases, be able to lift a child.

Compensation

  • $90,000-$135,000 (includes base plus KRA)
