About the role
- McKenzie Craft fabricates architectural millwork out of our 25,000 sq ft workshop in the heart of Miami, FL.
- About 10 to 25% office, 75 to 90% shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise shop floor employees through daily production
- Review shop drawings and oversee QC for fit, finish, and build accuracy
- Manage labor allocation, Labor Kanban, and timesheets daily
Requirements
- 5+ years in millwork, carpentry, or fabrication leadership
- Proven leadership and team supervision
Nice to have
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

- $10k-$25k
