Design and operate highly available SIP routing platforms supporting real-time communications at scale.
Scale and optimize media servers, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and signaling environments to ensure exceptional reliability and performance.
Build intelligent, low-latency call routing solutions that deliver seamless communication experiences.
Partner with software engineering teams to integrate voice and video capabilities into modern applications and services.
Drive technical strategy and establish engineering best practices for voice and video infrastructure.
Strong experience building and operating VoIP platforms in production environments.
Experience developing backend services using.NET or Node.js/TypeScript.

5+ years of experience developing and supporting real-time voice and video communication systems.
Deep hands-on expertise with SIP and related telecommunications protocols.
Production-level experience with Kamailio or FreeSWITCH.
Ability to troubleshoot complex network, signaling, and media delivery challenges.

Hands-on experience with WebRTC, STUN/TURN, and browser-based audio/video communications.
Familiarity with Asterisk platforms and deployments.
Strong ANSI C knowledge for low-level debugging, media processing, and infrastructure optimization.
Advanced proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript.
Work on technologies that directly impact clinicians, caregivers, and patients around the world.
Tackle complex engineering challenges within real-time communications, networking, and distributed systems.
