Responsibilities
- Provides ongoing support and training to the Charter. Participates in Corporate initiatives related to products or services, customer service, and other quality control concerns
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships across all disciplines to drive collaborative approach
- The Branch Operations Specialist will execute job duties including, but not limited to, Retail implementation support, money service business transaction coordination, BSA exception reports, safe deposit box escheatment, cash ordering, teller variance reporting, score card reporting, and customer complaint reviews.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of department, bank and regulatory policies
- Intermediate computer skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation
- The estimated hour salary range for this role is $20.19 - $26.44, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
