Responsibilities

  • Own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and develop project teams across field, office, and support functions
  • Manage project schedules, track milestones, and mitigate risks
  • Maintain regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress
  • Drive communication across teams and lead project meetings
  • Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Requirements

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting
  • Travel is REQUIRED - 50%
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and work on your feet for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperatures
  • Ability to dig, backfill, and manually move materials
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
  • Travel is REQUIRED

Compensation

  • $110,000 - $160,000
