Responsibilities
- Own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop project teams across field, office, and support functions
- Manage project schedules, track milestones, and mitigate risks
- Maintain regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress
- Drive communication across teams and lead project meetings
- Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Requirements

- Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting
- Travel is REQUIRED - 50%
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Ability to dig, backfill, and manually move materials
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
- Travel is REQUIRED

- Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools
- Preferred: Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools
- Preferred: Experience managing subcontractors and change orders

Compensation
- $110,000 - $160,000
