Perform general repairs and maintenance across the hotel, ensuring systems operate efficiently.
Replace light bulbs and maintain proper lighting throughout the property.
Monitor building systems to ensure safe, economical, and efficient operation.
Support preventive maintenance programs and contribute to sustainability initiatives by monitoring energy use.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and comply with all safety regulations and hotel policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
You diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions with confidence.
You maintain accuracy and consistency in all maintenance tasks.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
In this hands-on role, you'll perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, address guest requests, and assist with preventive maintenance programs to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

Collaborative Team Player: You work seamlessly with colleagues and communicate clearly with supervisors.
Must have English skills (read, write and speak).
Familiarity with basic tools and equipment, electrical, and A/C pumps required.
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
Must be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills.

Prior working knowledge of general maintenance.
Attendance at a minimum of 5 classes not limited to but may include HVAC, Electrical, Indoor Air Quality, Controls, preferred.
Courses in engineering/maintenance, preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, work on ladders, and lift/pull/push 50 plus pounds regularly throughout the shift.
