About the role

Overview Job specifications are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed by employees.

Assist with IR Thermography scanning of all power circuitry in all facilities.

Installs, maintains and repairs electrical wiring systems, related switches, distribution panels and outlet boxes, as well as a wide variety of electrical fixtures.
Perform preventative maintenance on major electrical systems to include but not limited to High Voltage Switch Gears, Transformers, and Uninterrupted Power Supply Systems.
Assist with all follow-up scanning to document successful repair of anomalies.
Document recommended follow-up repairs as necessary.

Thorough knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment in the building.

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Must be well versed in the use of many and varied types of test equipment such as voltmeters, amp probes, meggers, etc., and must possess outstanding eye- hand coordination.

Must have a minimum of six (6) years' experience working in the Commercial Facilities/ Operation and Maintenance Arena.
A Journeyman Electrical License is required.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance preferred.
Maximo CMMS Experience a plus but not required.
Microsoft Computer skills (Office, Word, Outlook etc.) are a plus but not required.
