About the role

You will be responsible for balancing employee relations, supporting performance management, and executing critical compliance operations on-site.
This role is ideal for a structured, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced hourly environment and is looking to expand their operational impact.

As an HR Generalist, you will own day-to-day employee-facing HR support across our fulfillment center network, partnering directly with frontline leaders to ensure consistent process execution.
Partner with site leadership to execute hourly performance review cycles and ensure all corrective action documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with policy.
Exceptional attention to detail regarding documentation quality, with the sound judgment needed to balance multiple site priorities and manage sensitive information,

Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, manufacturing, or high-volume hourly environment.
Working knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, standard compliance requirements, and performance management processes.

Step in as a tactical backup for onboarding logistics and timesheet management when Operations Excellence or Coordinator coverage is unavailable.
