About the role

Guide organizations in establishing data governance frameworks, workflow standards, and nutrition dashboards that translate complex dietary and performance data into actionable insights for coaches, performance staff, and front office decision-makers
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to inform the product roadmap and improve the experience for the organizations we serve
Leverage AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your work, contributing to Teamworks' broader initiative around AI-supported operations

My team owns the implementation and ongoing success of our Nutrition product across professional and enterprise sports organizations.
You'll bring a dietitian's perspective to the role, understanding firsthand how nutrition staff operates inside elite sports organizations, and you'll own your accounts, drive adoption, build relationships with performance and nutrition staff, and ensure the organizations we serve are getting real value from the platform.
This role gives you a portfolio of recognizable organizations across elite sports rather than a single program to manage.
You'll build relationships across one of the largest operating networks in sports technology, bring back best practices from across the industry, and work inside a company that is actively investing in AI as a competitive advantage for both its clients and its internal teams.
Own a portfolio of partner accounts across professional sports organizations, managing all touchpoints from implementation and onboarding through check-ins, syncs, recaps, and case-by-case problem-solving

Hands-on experience with the Teamworks Nutrition product or a comparable platform used in professional or collegiate sports
Exposure to or working knowledge of the broader Teamworks Performance ecosystem, including High Performance and Strength and Conditioning
Active use of AI tools in day-to-day workflow, with the ability to speak to how that has changed the way you work

Monitor account health in Gainsight, flag critical alerts proactively, and develop strategies for renewal and product growth across your portfolio
We work with organizations ranging from UFC and WWE to NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA franchises, national sporting federations, and Olympic committees, and we're growing the team to deepen our coverage of sports nutrition.
Build trust-based relationships with dietitians, performance directors, and medical staff, with enough understanding of nutrition workflows to drive real platform value rather than surface-level adoption
