Responsibilities
- Drive Product & Innovation Strategy
- Partner with executive leadership to identify where AI, automation, and data can create breakthrough moments for members and clients.
- Build business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps for new product initiatives.
- Translate organizational goals into a clear, prioritized product strategy - then own it.
- Evolve & Optimize Our Technology Platform
- Manage technology vendors, engineering partners, and consultants - keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
- Lead the Full Product Development Lifecycle
- Own the journey from concept to launch - gathering feedback, writing requirements, defining success metrics, and driving adoption.
- Lead responsible AI implementation that enhances the member experience in real, measurable ways.
- Build out reporting, analytics, and benchmarking capabilities that drive smarter decisions.
