Help establish standards for development teams and collaborate on initiatives with infrastructure, platform, and other software engineering teams
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to design and build solutions that delight users and solve critical business problems

Experience applying agentic SDLC practices (e.g., AI-assisted planning, coding, testing, and release workflows) to improve engineering velocity and software quality
Experience in working with software, platforms, and infrastructure at scale (we run thousands of hosts and have millions of users)
Experience leading large initiatives with the ability to course-correct as needed
Proven expertise with modern web development including development, testing, staging, deploying, and monitoring
Ability to consistently evaluate current technical approaches to continue to be industry best-of-class

Professional experience with React, Node.js, Ruby/Ruby on Rails or Java is preferred

This position will report to a Senior Manager and will be based in our Austin, Texas location.

168,560.00 - 231,770.00 USD Annual
This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
