About the role
- We are looking for a Client Project Manager to join our Commercial team in the US, focused on owning and growing strategic client relationships.
- In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring our customers achieve clear, ongoing value from nPlan.
- You'll work closely with client organisations to coordinate successful engagements, align stakeholders, and ensure nPlan is embedded effectively across their teams.
Responsibilities
- Engagement and change management: Plan and manage onboarding, ongoing engagement, and renewal activity to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Commercial support: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand usage of nPlan, working with internal teams to support account growth.
- Stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships across client organisations, ensuring alignment and advocacy.

Requirements
- Experience supporting or leading process change initiatives, particularly where technology played a role.
