The Customer Acquisition Specialist engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day - majority of communication is outbound
Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.
Hybrid role
Must be flexible to transport to Nashville, TN location
2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity
Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
Experience in high-volume calling
Experience learning new technology and data
Problem solving skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Must be able to transport to Nashville, TN location

The base salary range for this position is $16.49- $21.64/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
