About the role

  • LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team.
  • Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations and movement assessments.
  • Provide injury prevention, corrective exercise, mobility, and return-to-duty interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs.
  • Manage acute and chronic neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop individualized training and recovery plans.
  • LMR is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide embedded musculoskeletal care, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization services in support of Air National Guard Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Operators.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Physical Therapist supporting:
  • Ability to meet all installation access requirements.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice to have

  • Experience embedded with Air Force Special Warfare, TACP, SOF, or other tactical communities.
  • Experience with operational physical therapy and return-to-duty programming.

Compensation

  • $100,000 - 120,000 annually.
  • Salary will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, training, and certifications.
