About the role
- Across our network of 12+ global fulfillment centers, we execute daily high-volume e-commerce fulfillment for over 1,500 brands.

Responsibilities
- Resolve cross-department bottlenecks immediately to maintain seamless hand-offs between receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- We provide hands-on, "mom and pop" support with a global reach.
- Standardize and implement at least one approved workflow or layout optimization.
- Build a self-sustaining shift structure with cross-trained associates qualified for step-up responsibilities.
- Deliver repeatable operational metrics that establish your department as a network benchmark.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Resolve cross-department bottlenecks immediately to maintain seamless hand-offs between receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Facility Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations, equipment maintenance schedules, and 5S cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience leading teams within a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.

- Required Qualifications
Nice to have
- Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Inventory Management Software.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Military leadership experience (NCO-level or equivalent).
- Definitive Milestones for Success
- Complete full onboarding on Pittston's WMS and workflow processes.
- Map the baseline performance metrics of your 25-30 associate team.
- Demonstrate measurable upward trends in your department's primary KPIs (UPH, accuracy, safety).
- Establish clear performance baselines and development targets for all direct reports.
