- As a BCBA at Patterns Behavioral Services, you will work within a collaborative team to assess client needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and support staff.
- We implement comprehensive safety measures and provide personal protective equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
