Responsibilities
- Brand Architect: Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring our visual language remains fresh, cohesive, and compelling for our target audience.
- Creative Resource: Act as a mentor and creative guide for the design team, helping them elevate their work through collaborative feedback and brand coaching.
- Multi-Disciplinary Partner: Work directly with Marketing, Content, Development, and Leadership to navigate the tension between brand aesthetics, technical requirements, and mission-driven performance.
- Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring our visual language remains fresh, cohesive, and compelling for our target audience.
- Act as a mentor and creative guide for the design team, helping them elevate their work through collaborative feedback and brand coaching.
